Cuisine smelling with the aromas of the local, dense forests, traditional recipes and attention to the highest quality of our products give a unique effect, which we willingly share with our guests in the castle restaurant. Restaurant in Kliczków Castle is a spacious complex of three castle rooms. On the ground floor at your disposal there is a bar and breakfast room. They are located in the former count’s closet. The entrance leads directly from the main hall. Breakfast room is decorated with the dark beam ceiling and high panelling framework. Meals can also be eaten in the Ballroom – formerly known as the French room. Empire pale pink and white decoration of the walls and ceiling comes from the beginning of the XIX century. The room is expanded with the bay (part of the front tower), where through the windows pours the natural daylight. In the stylish surrounding the treasures of Lower Silesian Forests taste extremely good and they are recommended by the chef. Right next to the reception there is a café – interesting due to the retained elements of the old stable features (among others, wall troughs, cast-iron window frames or the tiled wall covering). On the other hand, in summer you can enjoy the glass of Chateau Kliczków, a glass of good beer or simply enjoy the aroma of the strong espresso in the garden in the courtyard of Kliczków Castle.
Restaurant in Kliczków Castle was situated in the former Count’s Closet, while its facilities are in the erstwhile Cabinet of Count. The integral part of our restaurant is the creamy Ballroom, where you can enjoy the local delicacies. Once the room constituted a place of rest for guests, who could freely talk – e.g., in the concert intermission. Empire, spacious rooms, also called the French Room.
Kliczków Castle proudly serves its guests the sophisticated dishes, which were among the winners of the competition for the best local product from the Lower Silesian Forest! This is a velvety taste saddle of deer from the forest land – served in the plum vodka – or delicious wild boar pate in pastry on boletus mousse in shades of the under growth jam, recipe of the chef of the very prince zu Solms- Baruth. We also recommend variations of a duck – juicy steak tartare, hot soup or fantastic breast baked in the apple - orange shell with cranberry juice. Delicacies are served on the tables of Kliczków Castle and they taste delicious, because they are based on tested recipes, which have not changed for centuries.
