We process personal data for various purposes:
I. Personal data of Hotel Guests and people booking our services. The scope of personal data of Hotel Guests that we process includes:
1) Name and surname,
2) Contact details: email address, telephone number,
3) ID document number,
4) Residential address,
5) Date of stay,
6) Preferences regarding the Hotel's services and the scope of using the Hotel's services,
7) Data about the person booking the stay, data about accompanying persons (e.g. their number, data regarding their stay)
8) Payment data and data for issuing VAT invoices.
We process guests' personal data in order to provide hotel and related services. We process personal data not only of persons who have concluded a direct contract with us for the provision of hotel services, but also of persons who accompany our guests or are beneficiaries of the Hotel's services (e.g. they are guests of an event or party taking place at the Hotel). We also process guests' personal data to improve the quality of our services, predict future demand for our services and meet the requirements of a hotel of our class.
We also process the personal data of our guests for tax purposes (e.g. in connection with issuing a VAT invoice) and other purposes arising from legal provisions (e.g. the Accounting Act).
We also process guests' personal data as part of video monitoring. The monitoring is intended to ensure the safety of the Hotel Guests and other people staying on its premises. Monitoring also protects property located on the hotel premises.
The basis for the processing of Guests' personal data is primarily the contract for the provision of hotel or accompanying services (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR). We also process personal data pursuant to Art. 6 section 1 letter c GDPR, i.e. to the extent necessary to fulfill the legal obligations imposed on the Hotel and on the basis of our legitimate interests, which has a legal basis pursuant to Art. 6 section 1 letter f GDPR.

We process personal data of people who are interested in our services - e.g. contact us by phone or fill out the contact form on our website. The purpose of personal data processing is the possibility of contacting people interested in our services, and the basis for personal data processing is Art. 6 section 1 letter f GDPR.|
III. Personal data of persons concluding contracts with the Hotel
In the event of concluding a cooperation agreement with the Hotel or any other agreement to which the Administrator is a party, the Hotel processes personal data of persons representing our contractor in order to perform this agreement. In some situations, we may also obtain your personal data from third parties. An example of such a situation is a group reservation for hotel services, where the organizer (e.g. your employer) provides us with your data in connection with the reservation at our Hotel that he makes for you.
We also obtain data from our guests who book our services, but this reservation is made indirectly, i.e. using an Online Travel Agency (such as booking.com or hotels.com). In such a case, Online Travel Agency decides what personal data will be sent to our Hotel at the time of making the reservation. However, when registering at our Hotel, we will ask you for additional identification data.
Who may be the recipient of personal data?
For the purposes of conducting our business, we may entrust personal data to our subcontractors or share data with our partners.
We cooperate with Profitroom, which provides us with IT services in the form of an engine to handle reservations made via our website.
We run a Facebook profile where we publish various information about our hotel. If you write to us on Facebook, Facebook, as an independent administrator, will have access to your personal data.
Our subcontractors and partners may, in particular, receive personal data if they provide us with the following services:
