BOLETUS Restaurant is managed by Chef Sylwia Rudkowska who is passionate about traditional Polish cuisine in which he uses products coming from Lower Silesian Woods, the Kwisa river and surrounding ponds and lakes. Sylwia prepares regional dishes that correspond to historical castle recipes.

 

Boletus has been on the culinary route of Lower Silesian Tastes for years.
